This is a direct replacement product for 'conventional' residual fuel oils burnt in coal-fired power stations that use fuel oil for startup and support purposes during generation.

Straight-run 1% sulphur fuel oil (HFO) is becoming more challenging to source in the UK and is slowly being phased out. Therefore power generators require an alternative, sustainable solution.

i-GEN is a blend of distillate and residual fuel oil components designed to keep burners clean, efficient and reliable. 

​

We currently offer two grades; i-GEN HIGH and i-GEN LOW dependent on the fuel we are displacing.

​

We can only supply this grade under a term supply contract.
